By placing an order or attending an event hosted by Highly Catered, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

2. Cannabis Ingredient Awareness: You are aware that cannabis will be used as an ingredient in the food and drinks served during the event.

3. Responsibility Acknowledgment: You agree not to operate any heavy machinery or engage in any activity that could pose a risk to yourself or others after consuming cannabis.

4. Voluntary Participation: Your participation in this cannabis cuisine experience is voluntary, and you assume all associated risks willingly.

5. Release of Liability: Highly Catered and its affiliates are released from any liability related to your participation in this event, including but not limited to injury, illness, or damage to personal property.

6. Readiness Certification: By utilizing our services or attending an event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

7. All Sales Are Final: We cater to every ticket purchased and therefore, we have a strict no refund policy.

8. Compliance Acknowledgment: Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in removal from the event.
